Number of Staff – 50
Type of staff: **Depends on patient census**
- Day Shift – (example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters) 1 Charge RN and 2 PCTS every day (3 PCTs if at 23 patients). RN numbers vary depending on census but will always be at a 1:3-4 ratio
- Night Shift – same as above
Patient Ratios – 1:3-4
Type of equipment – bladder scanner on each floor, Mobilabs for lab draws, EKG machine, AccuVein, Virtual Sitter Cameras, W.O.Ws, Hoyer Lift, Sara Stedy Lift, Sit to Stand Lift
EMR - Meditech
Typical Procedures: Wound/drain care (wound vac, chest tube, JP)

Must Haves: - An ASN degree minimum, BSN preferred - A recent 12 months of PCU RN experience in an acute inpatient hospital setting - Experience caring for patients with Heparin gtts and PCA’s - CO RN License - BLS, ACLS, and NIH Certifications Preferred or Nice to Have: - Experience with Solid Organ Transplant (kidney, liver or pancreas) - MediTech Experience - Travel Experience
