Registered Nurse – Pediatric Cardiology (Days)

UCLA Health | Children’s Heart Center – Los Angeles, CA

🗓Start Date: Feb 23, 2026
📆 Duration: 16 weeks
⏱ Schedule: Day shift | 5×8s (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM)
👶 Patient Population: Pediatrics
 

✅ Requirements:
• Active CA RN License
• BLS, PALS, ACLS
• Pediatric experience required
• Pediatric cardiology & ambulatory experience preferred
• Travel experience not required

 

🏥 Unit Focus:
• Pediatric cardiology & cardiac surgery
• Congenital heart defects, arrhythmias, cardiomyopathy, pulmonary HTN
• Teaching hospital environment

 

👕 Scrubs: Navy
💉 COVID Vaccine: Not required

Aaky J was very responsive, respectful and considerate, he responds quickly and he returns texts asap, I’ve even gotten random texts just asking how I was doing. I’ve never worked with Lancesoft before but Aaky has made it comfortable.

Cons

Maybe the only thing which truly isn’t a problem is the dialect, but we got through that as well.
