LDRP RN Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 – 07:30) Important Compliance Note • All former permanent employees of any Providence-affiliated facility must be separated from the health system for a minimum of 3 months to qualify for a travel assignment • All Swedish facilities accept active compact licenses Experience Requirements • Minimum 2 years of experience in LDRP, Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and Newborn Care • Floating required as needed Patient Population / Diagnoses • Labor & Delivery • Postpartum • OB Triage • Antepartum (High & Low Risk) • Normal Newborn Required Skills & Procedures • Vaginal deliveries • Cesarean sections (circulate in OR) • Adult IV starts • Blood & blood product administration • Drain management • Epidural pumps • PCA pumps • Insulin and Magnesium Sulfate administration Special Equipment / Experience • Circulating C-sections • High-risk Antepartum & L&D • LDRP • Low-risk Antepartum/L&D • OB-GYN Pre-Op/Post-Op • Couplet Care Certifications Required • AWHONN Intermediate • BLS • FHM • NRP • ACLS – Preferred Staffing Ratios • 1:1 – 1:3
