We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse specializing in Home Health to join our healthcare team.

Location/Territory:

West Philadelphia
Zip Codes: 19131 and 19151

Schedule:

8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
40 Hours Per Week

Requirements:

Must have OASIS Experience within the last year
2+ Years of Home Health RN
Licensed in PA

Responsibilities

5-6 Patients Per Day
Start and end of care
Wound Care
Maintain accurate medical documentation
Palliative Care

Pay:

$65 Per Hour
