12 hour nights, float as needed, every other weekend 3West is a 50 bed unit. They specialize in the care of Cardiology, Cardiothoracic Surgery, Electrophysiology, and Advanced Heart Failure patient populations with utilization of telemetry.

Aaky J was very responsive, respectful and considerate, he responds quickly and he returns texts asap, I’ve even gotten random texts just asking how I was doing. I’ve never worked with Lancesoft before but Aaky has made it comfortable.

Cons

Maybe the only thing which truly isn’t a problem is the dialect, but we got through that as well.
