Assignment Details

• Shift: 4x10-hour shifts (exact shift times determined closer to start date)
• Guaranteed Hours: 70 hours per 2 weeks
  • Traveler may be called off for one (1) 10-hour shift per 2-week period
• Block Scheduling: Yes, facility is open to accommodating block schedules
• On-Call Requirement: Yes
• Weekend Requirement: Yes – call coverage required
• Floating: Yes – clinician must float within scope to meet facility needs, including X-ray coverage
• First-Time Travelers: Accepted
• Local Candidates: Not accepted (permanent address must be at least 50 miles from facility)
• Pending License: Not accepted

• RTO Restrictions: Based upon request

• Years of Experience: 0 years required
• Required Certifications:
  • BLS (Basic Life Support)
  • ARRT (CT)
• Required Skills: As outlined in the unit description (UD)

Housing & Transportation Requirements

• Housing Provided: Yes
  • Fully furnished 1-bedroom apartment
  • Move-in available no earlier than 72 hours before contract start
  • Move-out required within 24 hours after contract end
  • Pets are not allowed
  • Housing is intended for the traveler only; additional occupants require facility approval
  • Unit must be cleaned upon departure or additional cleaning fees will apply
• Vehicle Provided: Yes
  • Facility-owned or rental vehicle arranged by the facility
  • Available no earlier than 72 hours before start date and no later than 24 hours after contract end
  • Only the traveler is authorized to operate the vehicle
  • Traveler must provide:
    • Valid driver’s license
    • Proof of personal auto insurance with rental car coverage
  • Vehicle use limited to “around town” and within a 30-mile radius of the facility
  • Vehicle must be turned in during any time off and reissued upon return
  • Optional tire chains available at additional cost (billed to traveler)
  • Vehicle must be returned clean and with a full tank of gas
