Description

Day/Evening, 12-hr shifts Monday - Friday 0640 - 1910 with weekday, weekend call responsibilities. Possible holiday call responsibilities, if needed.

Tier 7 - ENT Eyes Plastics

Eyes: vitrectomy and open globe repair

Plastics: abdominoplasty, DIEP flap surgery (deep inferior epigastric perforator flap) breast reconstruction, free flap, laparoscopic

ENT: arch bars, facial repairs mandibular, zygomatic, sinus surgery, radical neck dissection, tracheostomy,
septoplasty, Acoustics (crani experience), Direct laryngoscopy

Ears: Cochlear implants

Equipment: Constellation, Straight Shot, liposuction, neoprobe, NIM, Piezo, Klein Pump, and Stryker Navigation

Microscopes: Pentero, Mitaka, and Leica

Experience:

Traveler must have completed two years of acute care experience within last 3 years.

Licensure and Certification:

Traveler must have WI nursing license or compact license from their permanent address state.

BLS & ACLS – must be certified through American Heart Association ONLY
