Job Title

Registered Nurse – Operating Room (OR)

Location

Florence, South Carolina

Duration

13 Weeks

Shift

4×10-hour day shifts
7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

Provide perioperative nursing care in a 12-room Operating Room within a Level III Trauma Center
Scrub and circulate across multiple service lines including General Surgery, Neuro, Ortho, ENT, and GYN
Ensure adherence to sterile technique, patient safety protocols, and surgical best practices
Participate in on-call coverage including weekday late call and weekend call rotations
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical teams to deliver high-quality perioperative care

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of acute care Operating Room RN experience
Broad, well-rounded OR background with strong competency in General, Neuro, Ortho, ENT, and GYN
Active South Carolina RN license or Multi-State/Compact RN license
Ability to meet on-call and weekend requirements
First-time travelers accepted if they demonstrate broad specialty competency
