Job Summary
NICU/Pediatrics Nurse Manager oversees daily operations, patient care quality, and staff for the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, PICU and Pediatrics handling hiring, scheduling, budgeting, policy development, and ensuring compliance while fostering a positive environment for caring for critically ill pediatric patients and their families, working closely with neonatologists, pediatric specialists and other staff.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• 5 Years NICU experience
• 2 years NICU experience in supervisory role
• BLS, NIHSS
• NRP preferred, but can obtain once offered
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements 
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Shift Details:

• 40 hours
• 8a-5p
• 13 weeks with likely extension
• $1,000 bonus upon completion
• Rotating weekends
• Floating required
• RTO: Up to 5 days, no more than 2 consecutive days / 1 RTO holiday off / No weekend RTO
• MUST LIVE OVER 75 MILES TO QUALIFY
