Onsite

**Care Manager - Utilization Management (UM), In Patient***

• 5 years minimum of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse. Experience with Care Coordination, Utilization review and discharge planning computer literacy.

• Associate’s Degree (ASN, ADN) from an accredited Nursing Program required.

• RN Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of New York required. •

PRI and Screen certification required.

• BLS required.

• Shift time: 10:00 AM-6:00 PM •

Weekends/ Holidays required? No •
