License

Massachusetts Nursing License

Description

License Requirements: Perm MA license required.

Schedule Details: M-F only. 6a-6p or 6a-2:30p, or a combination of 8 & 12 hour shifts. (Traveler's choice)

Experience Requirements: 2+ years of experience. First time travelers ok.

Patient ratio is 4-1 and we have 21 beds in short stay

Certs Required: ACLS, BLS

Other Unit Details:
This is a pre/post recovery unit for heart/vascular lab, cath lab, structural heart

High STEMI volume- will hold in cardiac short stay until bed available

Aaky J was very responsive, respectful and considerate, he responds quickly and he returns texts asap, I’ve even gotten random texts just asking how I was doing. I’ve never worked with Lancesoft before but Aaky has made it comfortable.

Cons

Maybe the only thing which truly isn’t a problem is the dialect, but we got through that as well.
