Description

2 years of experience is required.
Every other weekend.
Psych experience is preferred.
Primary shift is 7p-7a, but you must be willing to flex 4 hours before or after your scheduled time (3p-3a or 11p-11a). It will be 1-2 times per week (or more), so flexibility is key for this position.

Must be willing to float to geri psych, as needed. Orientation and de-escalation training are provided.
Must be willing to float to Leominster in case of low census (this campus is 15 minutes distance from Clinton)
Must be willing to rotate up to 4 hours before or after normal start time as needed to accommodate the needs of the hospital.
Must be willing to assist with ADL/hygiene requirements, if needed.

Aaky J was very responsive, respectful and considerate, he responds quickly and he returns texts asap, I’ve even gotten random texts just asking how I was doing. I’ve never worked with Lancesoft before but Aaky has made it comfortable.

Cons

Maybe the only thing which truly isn’t a problem is the dialect, but we got through that as well.
