Description
Job Title: Registered Nurse – Integrated Case Manager
Location: Detroit, MI 48202
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (8a-4:30p)
Requirements:
- License: Must have an active Michigan RN license or Michigan based Clinical Social Worker license in hand
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of recent experience - Acute Inpatient Case Management experience
- Certifications: BLS
- Systems Experience: Epic
