Description
- Minimum 2+ years of Behavioral Heath Unit experience - [Required]
- Experience with Pediatric, Adolescent, and Adult Patients - [Required]
- Recent travel experience [Required]
- Experience with de-escalation of agitated patients
- De-Escalation Training of any kind, CPI or NAPPI/Welle Certifications- [REQUIRED]
- Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle. This is a firm requirement.
- EPIC experience [required]
Clinician MUST be reliable! No attendance concerns, call outs, etc... - very patient oriented Unit
Profile Requirements:
- Work History
- Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year
- 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
- License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile (Current Nursys, BLS and CPI - Facility will not pend license/certs)
Permanent address must be included in profile. Address must match Driver License/State ID. Address will be validated during compliance process.
Travelers from the following counties in New York will not be considered for travel assignments at Glens Falls (Perm address must be included in profile):

Aaky J was very responsive, respectful and considerate, he responds quickly and he returns texts asap, I’ve even gotten random texts just asking how I was doing. I’ve never worked with Lancesoft before but Aaky has made it comfortable.
Cons
Maybe the only thing which truly isn’t a problem is the dialect, but we got through that as well.
