Job Title

Registered Nurse – Hospice

Location

Medford, Oregon and Surrounding Areas

Duration

Shift

8-hour day shifts
Facility cannot accommodate 4×10s or 3×12s

Key Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one hospice nursing care to patients in home and community settings
Manage a daily caseload of up to 6 patient visits
Meet standard productivity expectations of 30 productivity points per day
Deliver skilled hospice care including symptom management, medication administration, and patient/family education
Document patient care accurately and timely in accordance with hospice standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary hospice teams to support patient-centered end-of-life care

Required Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of skilled hospice RN experience
First-time travelers not accepted
Ability to start ASAP
RTO to be confirmed with hiring manager
Pending license accepted
