6:45 AM – 7:15 PM
Every other weekend

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 perioperative nursing care in a high-acuity Level II Trauma Operating Room
• Scrub and circulate across multiple specialties including Ortho, Neuro, General/Trauma, Vascular, Endovascular/Hybrid, GYN/Urology, ENT/Plastics, Eyes, and Robotics
• Safely manage high-acuity orthopedic, neuro, and general trauma cases at all times of day
• Operate and support advanced surgical technology including DaVinci robotics and specialty OR equipment
• Maintain sterile technique and comply with trauma, surgical, and patient safety standards
• Participate in on-call coverage as required

Required Qualifications

• Trauma OR experience required
• Well-rounded OR RN experience with strong competency in all major service lines
• Orthopedic experience: Minimum 2 years Level I–II (including total joints)
• Neuro experience: Minimum 2 years Level II (including craniotomies)
• Comfortable working independently in a Level II Trauma Center
• Minimum 1 year Epic EMR experience required
• First-time travelers not accepted

Current Certifications

• BLS required
• ACLS and PALS strongly preferred
