Description

Department: 3N MICU RN Local Rate: Candidates living within 80 miles of the facility. Client rates reduced Beds: 16 - Nurse: Patient Ratios: 1:2, 1:1 higher acuity pts - Common diagnoses/Types of patients: Respiratory, Stroke, neuro, GI, cardiac, etc. - Experience or 'Must have' skills: 2 years ICU experience + 1 year travel experience. Must have Cerner experience. - Are RNs required to titrate drips? Yes, many. - Common titratable &/or set rate drips: All ICU drips, propofol, precedex, vaspopressors, etc. - Are RNs required to read their own strips? Yes. Each RN reads their patient's strips and must be proficient in rhythm interpretation. - Shifts & Scheduling: 0700-1930 and 1900-0730. Two days unit orientation. *MUST note in submission if clinician has ever worked for Marshfield. If clinician previously worked with Marshfield, they must have an end date 6 months prior to their submission date.

Required Certification: BLS AHA, ACLS AHA, NIHSS, RN License, Covid Card, Flu Vaccination. DL// EMR: Cerner// Shift:12 - hour Days and Nights variable shifts. Every other weekend and holiday// 2 years ICU experience + 1 year travel experience is required.

Aaky J was very responsive, respectful and considerate, he responds quickly and he returns texts asap, I’ve even gotten random texts just asking how I was doing. I’ve never worked with Lancesoft before but Aaky has made it comfortable.

Cons

Maybe the only thing which truly isn’t a problem is the dialect, but we got through that as well.
