🍼 RN – Postpartum (Women’s & Children’s Float Pool)
📅 12-Week Contract | Start: 03/01/2026
🌙 Nights | 46 hrs/week (4-4-4-4 schedule)
📌 No-call | EOW | Must float within acuity
Requirements:
✔ BSN
✔ 2+ years recent Postpartum
✔ Level 1 Trauma or large academic hospital experience
✔ NYC/local experience preferred
✔ AHA BLS & NRP
✔ NY RN license in hand
✔ COVID + Flu vaccinated (no declinations)
✔ EMR experience
✔ Will complete Voice Advantage + Manager Interview

Aaky J was very responsive, respectful and considerate, he responds quickly and he returns texts asap, I’ve even gotten random texts just asking how I was doing. I’ve never worked with Lancesoft before but Aaky has made it comfortable.
Cons
Maybe the only thing which truly isn’t a problem is the dialect, but we got through that as well.
