Description

The client does about 400 hearts per year, with growing aortic arch repair and advanced aortic arch grafting procedures (types A and B). ECMO and independent ECMO cannulation experience is a hard stop requirement. Cell saver experience is a hard stop requirement.

Must have 10 years of experience (will consider 5-10) and have CVOR, General OR, and Trauma Level 1 Experience.

Patient Age Group: Adults, Geriatrics
Shift: 5x8, 0715 - 1730 (First case starts at 0715, unless urgent/emergent case)
Call Req: Yes; Response within 15 mins is required; Will alt call with chief
Weekend Shifts: Weekend call every other weekend and overnight call rotates weekly
Certs Req: AHA ACLS, AHA BLS

Aaky J was very responsive, respectful and considerate, he responds quickly and he returns texts asap, I’ve even gotten random texts just asking how I was doing. I’ve never worked with Lancesoft before but Aaky has made it comfortable.

Cons

Maybe the only thing which truly isn’t a problem is the dialect, but we got through that as well.
