Position Summary The Level II Registered Nurse, under the direction of the Nurse Manager, is accountable for providing competent, patient-centered care in accordance with established clinical standards. Through clinical practice, service excellence, professional development, and evidence-based research, the RN II assumes an expanded role that may include responsibilities such as charge nurse duties, precepting staff, and participating in committees.Qualifications &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Current New York State RN License (required)</li><li>Minimum two (2) years of Registered Nurse experience</li><li>Telemetry experience required</li><li>BLS certification (American Heart Association only)</li></ul>Schedule Requirements<ul><li>Rotating shifts (Days/Evenings/Nights – D/E/N)</li><li>Every Other Weekend (EOW)</li><li>Holidays, On-Call, Callback, and Charge responsibilities as unit needs require</li><li>No straight shift schedules available</li></ul>
