Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oncology Registered Nurse for an inpatient acute care oncology unit on the night shift. This role requires strong oncology and IV chemotherapy expertise, along with flexibility to float to other medical-surgical units as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to inpatient oncology patients
• Administer IV chemotherapy and oncology treatments in accordance with established protocols
• Monitor patients for treatment responses and adverse reactions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EPIC EMR
• Float to other Med/Surg units as required based on staffing needs

Required Qualifications

• Active California RN license (must be current)
• ONC/Chemotherapy certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of recent inpatient acute oncology experience
• Proven experience administering IV chemotherapy
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Proficiency with EPIC charting system

• Holiday coverage required
• Med/Surg and Critical Care RNs may be required to float as needed
