Favorite Healthcare Staffing is looking for an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) for a contract in Amery, WI! This assignment is for 13 weeks and ideal candidates will have at least one year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist (PT).

Physical Therapist (PT) Position Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Location: Amery, WI
• Facility Type: Rehab
• Shift & Schedule: Full-Time, 8 Hour Days

Physical Therapist (PT) Requirements:

• Must have 1 year of recent Physical Therapist (PT) experience in a Rehab setting
• Active WI Physical Therapist certification required
• Current BLS Certification required
