Schedule:

Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Monday–Friday
5x8-hour shifts
40 hours/week

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years as an RN
Minimum 5 years clinical experience in Psychiatry/Behavioral Health
Minimum 2 years in a leadership role
BSN required (Master’s in Nursing preferred)
Active New York State RN license
BLS, ACLS, Crisis Management (PMCS/TRUST) required
Strong regulatory, quality improvement, and leadership experience

Aaky J was very responsive, respectful and considerate, he responds quickly and he returns texts asap, I’ve even gotten random texts just asking how I was doing. I’ve never worked with Lancesoft before but Aaky has made it comfortable.

Cons

Maybe the only thing which truly isn’t a problem is the dialect, but we got through that as well.
