Title: X-Ray Technologist (Radiology)

Location: Berlin, VT

Duration: 16 weeks (assignment may extend up to 32 weeks)

Shift: Day shift | 5x8s | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Primarily day shifts
Weekend and holiday rotation required
No block scheduling

Job Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic X-ray imaging across inpatient and outpatient settings
• Assist with OR cases, fluoroscopy, and C-arm procedures
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment while ensuring patient safety and image quality
• Provide imaging services for patients across all age groups, from newborns to geriatrics
• Support unit needs through floating within scope and weekend coverage when required
• Accurately document imaging studies using Epic Radiant EMR
• Send imaging studies to teleradiology services as required
• Follow radiation safety, infection control, and departmental protocols

Required Skills, Certifications & Experience

• ARRT certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical X-ray experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in X-ray specialty
• Teaching facility experience required
• OR case, Fluoroscopy, and C-Arm experience required
• Epic experience within the past 2 years – nonnegotiable
• Prior travel experience required (no first-time travelers)
• Ability to float within scope and support weekend coverage as needed
• All prior work history must be fully documented, including:
  • Facility type
  • Bed count
  • EMR used
• All employment gaps greater than 90 days must be explained

Equipment & Systems Experience

• Imaging equipment: Philips, Canon, Carestream
• Philips portable X-ray units
• OEC C-Arms (9800, Elite large and mini)
• PACS: Philips iSite
• EHR: Epic Radiant
