🏥 Now Hiring: Registered Nurse (RN) – NICU
📍 Location: Augusta, GA 30912
🕒 Shift: Days / Nights (based on unit needs)

Join our specialized Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) team and make a meaningful impact by providing expert, compassionate care to critically ill and premature newborns. We’re seeking dedicated RNs who are detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and passionate about neonatal care.

👩‍⚕️ Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to NICU patients
Monitor and assess newborns’ conditions and respond to changes promptly
Administer medications, IV fluids, and specialized neonatal treatments
Collaborate with neonatologists and interdisciplinary care teams
Educate and support families throughout the care journey
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

✅ Qualifications:

Active RN license (Georgia or Compact State)
NICU experience preferred (Level II/III experience a plus)
BLS and NRP required (or willingness to obtain)
Strong critical thinking, communication, and neonatal assessment skills
