Description

RN - Case Management

Day Shift, Sun-Thurs or Tues-Sat,
8 to 4:30 or 8:30 to 5.
No On Call.
Need 5 yrs case manager experience.
Need RN licensure in CA.
Need to be able to manage high volume
Ratio 1:25, if short staff could be more.
Ideal candidate that has worked for HCA hospital. per CA experience (maybe so cal).
Be able to use Cerner.
Experience with Interquall is a plus.
Possible extension.
Need to be able to start right away.
If a good fit may be able to transition to Full time employee.
If local, facility would like to do in-person interview.
If traveler, facility will do TEAMS interview.
Candidate will be managing patients
