Required Certifications: BLS, ARRT, ARRT Advanced, California State License
Floating: No floating between similar units required
On-Call: Not required
Block Scheduling: Open to Saturday–Monday block schedule
RTO Policy: All requested time off must be submitted upfront; approval is based on facility needs
Guaranteed Hours: Facility may call off up to one shift every two weeks
