RN Operating Room RN, PACU, Pre-OPT

Active California RN License

Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications

Strong knowledge of perioperative standards and sterile technique

Experience:

1+ year of operating room / surgical nursing experience

Experience in circulating and/or scrubbing roles

Background in acute care or outpatient surgery center

Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Operating Room / Perioperative team. The RN will play a key role in providing patient-centered care throughout all phases of surgery—pre-operative, intraoperative, and post-operative. This position includes both circulating and scrub responsibilities, assisting surgeons and anesthesia providers, preparing and maintaining the sterile field, supporting patient recovery, and ensuring safe, efficient surgical care.

Aaky J was very responsive, respectful and considerate, he responds quickly and he returns texts asap, I’ve even gotten random texts just asking how I was doing. I’ve never worked with Lancesoft before but Aaky has made it comfortable.

Cons

Maybe the only thing which truly isn’t a problem is the dialect, but we got through that as well.
