Job Title: Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (MedSurg RN)

Location: Mullins, SC 29574

Duration: 13 Weeks

Shift:
Night Shift | 3x12s | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Every other weekend required | Holiday rotation

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult medical-surgical patients

Safely manage patient assignments with nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:6–7

Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and document care accurately

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams

Utilize EPIC electronic medical record system for charting

Float between like units or sister facilities within scope as needed

Adhere to hospital policies, safety standards, and quality care protocols

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of recent MedSurg RN experience

Active South Carolina RN license or Compact RN license (must be in hand prior to start)

Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled

Willingness to float within scope of practice

Current Certifications:

BLS (Basic Life Support)

Preferred Qualifications:

First-time travelers accepted

Prior travel nursing experience preferred but not required
