  • Number of Beds -15
  • Number of Staff –38
  • Type of staff:
    • Day Shift –Intensivist, RN, Desk Tech, RT, Dietary, Case Management
    • Night Shift - Intensivist, RN, Desk Tech, RT
  • Patient Ratios –2:1
  • Type of equipment – General CR Monitoring, CRRT, TPT placements,
  • EMR -Meditech

Typical hiring profile

Skill Set Most recruited for:  (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)

 

Must have:  candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

  • Works well under pressure
  • Great Assessment Skills

Preferred or nice to have:  candidates with these skills will be considered first.

  • CRRT Experience
  • APHON

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):

  • IV starts, blood draws
  • TPT placement

Best personality Fit:

  • Attention to Detail; Docs are willing to train on new skills
  • Works well with a teaching hospital
