• First-Time Travelers: Not accepted. Seasoned travelers only (hard stop)
• Patient Ratios:
– Days: 1:25
– Weekends: 1:45
• Experience Required:
– Minimum 2 years of Acute Care Case Management and Discharge Planning
– Must have hospital experience
– Behavioral health experience does not qualify
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend, based on department needs
• License Requirement:
– California state license required
– Pending license accepted, must be active by start date
• RTO Restrictions: Maximum of 7 days

• Epic (required)
