Description

UNIT: Med/Surg Float Team
**CLINICAL INTERVIEW**

Minimum exp required: 1 -2+ years Med/Surg experience. Must have experience with venipuncture and Cardizem is required.

Charting: EPIC within the last 2 years

Float Team Position: Traveler will be floating as needed within skillset to observation unit, Cardiac unit, medical unit, surgical unit, ortho/neuro unit, inpatient rehab and/or transitional care unit and gaining their comfort surrounding this. Facility will try and keep them in 1-2 like units, but have the potential to float to another unit.

Required to submit:BLS (American Heart) & Active RN or Compact license.

Ratios: Days 1:4, PM 1:4/1:5, NOC 1:6/1:7

Scrub Colors: No bright colors or character prints
