Active Alaska (AK) RN License in hand at time of submission (required for Auto Offer)
BLS
ACM Certification preferred

Experience & Skills Requirements

Minimum 2 years of RN experience
Acute Care experience required
Epic experience required
First-time travelers accepted

Schedule & Hours

Shift: 5x8-hour Days
Shift Times (may vary):
- 0700–1530
- 0730–1600
- 0800–1630
- 0830–1700
Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours per 2 weeks
Traveler may be called off for 1 (8-hour) shift per 2 weeks
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend or 4 weekend days in a 4-week schedule
On-Call: Not required
Block Scheduling: Not available

Floating Requirements

Clinician will float within scope to meet facility needs

Local & Licensing Policy

Locals not accepted – Permanent address must be at least 50 miles from facility
Pending license not accepted

RTO Restrictions

Only 1 time-off request per 13-week assignment, up to 5 days or less
No holiday RTO permitted for Auto Offer

Aaky J was very responsive, respectful and considerate, he responds quickly and he returns texts asap, I’ve even gotten random texts just asking how I was doing. I’ve never worked with Lancesoft before but Aaky has made it comfortable.

Cons

Maybe the only thing which truly isn’t a problem is the dialect, but we got through that as well.
