Description

Job Title: Dialysis Technician

Location: Lafayette IN 47904

Duration: 13 weeks

12 months of recent Dialysis experience is REQUIRED.

CCHT or BONENT is a MUST

BLS

Shift details: Shifts will be discussed in detail during the interview; the role requires a commitment of 40 hours plus overtime and floating to area sites as need be. There is a minimum guarantee of 36 hours per week.

Please note you are NOT eligible for Guaranteed hours if any of the following happen:

Schedule requests/restrictions
Refuse to float
Late to shift
Left early
Called out
Time off planned

Education

High school degree or G.E.D.

Education in physical sciences and/or training in laboratory techniques preferred.

Floating requirement: Client required candidates to float to area sites within 50 miles of the main site
