Experience Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Hospital Case Management
- Experience serving as Team Lead / Manager for Case Management staff
- Directing the daily operations of a Case Management department
- Reviewing and resolving level-of-care discrepancies
- Escalating unresolved issues to the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO)
- Coordinating:
- Patient care
- Resource utilization
- Discharge planning
- Communicating with:
- Third-party payers
- Financial services
- Medical staff
- Insurance providers
- Community resources
- Ensuring documentation compliance across all Case Management functions
License Requirement
- Active Oregon RN License (Must be currently active)
