ER Department Case Management
Recent discharge planning
Acute inpatient

Position / Specialty
Start date: February 2026 start
Shift: Variable start time 0730, 0800 or 0830.
Years of experience REQ: 2 Year minimum of acute inpatient exp
First-timers accepted: Yes
Weekend REQ: Every other weekend
Certs REQ: BLS REQUIRED
Is on-call REQ? No
Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? No.
Open to accommodating block schedule? No.
