Requirements - 

 

2 years of current Wound Care experience

Travel experience - [PREFERRED]

RTO within the first week or holidays will not be approved. Can not exceed 7 days 

 

Certification Requirements

  • ACLS (AHA)
  • BLS (AHA)

State License Requirements

  • Arizona
  • Compact Allowed
