Join a patient-centered nursing team where your voice matters. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will deliver high-quality, safe, and individualized care while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of licensed and unlicensed caregivers. This role supports professional nursing practice through shared governance, evidence-based care, and continuous quality improvement.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and manage care using the nursing process
• Deliver evidence-based, individualized nursing care
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans
• Provide relationship-based, patient- and family-centered care
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care team members
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes
• Participate in quality improvement, shared governance, and research initiatives
• Precept and mentor nursing staff as needed
• Support efficient use of resources and continuity of care.

Requirements

• ADN or Nursing Diploma – Required
• BSN – Preferred
• Active RN license (Single-State or Compact)
• BLS (AHA or Red Cross)
• ACLS (provisional accepted within 180 days)
• NRP (provisional accepted within 180 days)
• Minimum 2 years of direct patient care experience preferred
