Description
Travel RN – PICU (Days)
📍Springfield, MO
🗓 13 Weeks | 36 hrs/week
⏰ Days: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (3x12)
Unit: PICU 4F | 12 Beds
EMR: Epic
Requirements:
- 1+ year PICU experience (post-orientation)
- Vent competent (resume must reflect)
- BLS & PALS (AHA)
- TNCC or PCAR
- MO RN license (or eligible)
- Float to NICU, PICU, Peds floor, or Peds ED as needed
Ratios (acuity-based):
- Vented/Critical: 1:1
- ICU: 2:1
- Floor: 3:1
Patients: Respiratory, Trauma/Burn, Surgical, Neuro, Sepsis, Heme/Onc, Endocrine
👕 Scrubs: Black (pediatric-appropriate tops allowed)
💉 Flu vaccine required (Nov 1–Apr 1)
🏥 Facility Highlights: Level I Trauma & Burn Center | Epic | Leapfrog “A” Safety Grade
