Requested Skill Set:

Must have: (candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role)

ARRT (CT)
All ER CT-Trauma, CTA, Stroke
Minimum 1 year with Trauma Experience
BLS

Specialty/Unit Certifications Required: (Tech)

· ARRT (CT) Certified - REQUIRED

· TX Licensed Radiologist – REQUIRED

Dress Code: Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire.

Scrub Color

o CT TECH: Grey

Nail Policy – Clean and Healthy
Hair - hair should be neat and clean with no extrem styles or colors. Beards, mustaches and sideburns should be clean and neatly trimmed
Tattoos – Body art should be covered whenever possible. Body art that is not fessible to cover on a daily basis will be addressed individually
Piercings – Visible piercings other than ears, is prohibited
