Salary range: $60,746 – $76,565 annually (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily nursing operations and patient care quality
Ensure accurate documentation in the EMR (e.g., EPIC)
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
Maintain regulatory and quality of care compliance
Lead quality improvement and patient experience initiatives

Requirements

Georgia RN License (Required)
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (Required)
Georgia Stroke Core Curriculum (GSCC)
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or obtained within 1 year of hire
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) must be obtained within 6 months of hire
National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) must be obtained within 6 months of hire
