Position Overview: 

  • Provide comprehensive, high-quality speech and language pathology services to empower high school students to overcome communication challenges and achieve academic and social success.
  • Manage a manageable caseload (approx. 50-55 students), conducting thorough, individualized evaluations to accurately diagnose a diverse range of communication disorders.
  • Develop and implement effective, data-driven Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that are truly tailored to student needs.
  • This full-time role offers a flexible schedule choice between a Hybrid Model (4 days onsite, 1 day remote/telehealth) or a 5-day onsite workweek.

Qualifications: 

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or Hearing & Speech (Required)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CF) status
  • Valid CA-SLPAB Speech Language Pathologist License or eligible for Licensure
