Cross Country Education is looking for two dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists to join our team and help our youngest learners reach their full communication potential during their most critical developmental years for the '25–'26 school year!
Position Overview:
- Provide high-quality speech and language therapy to preschool and daycare-aged children within natural environment settings, focused on evaluating and treating developmental communication delays.
- Work between designated sites to ensure consistent service delivery and collaboration with daycare staff and families.
- Maintain detailed clinical documentation and track student milestones to ensure compliance with specialized education plans.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid Pennsylvania License in Speech-Language Pathology and a Department of Education (DOE) Certification
- Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) (Preferred)
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are encouraged to apply!
- Prior experience in early intervention and working with the preschool population
