Position Overview:
- Deliver specialized speech and language services to a diverse K-12 student population, focusing on immediate therapeutic needs to successfully conclude the academic year.
- Facilitate and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to develop, review, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Conduct screenings and diagnostic evaluations for speech, language, and communication disorders, translating data into actionable classroom strategies.
- Partner with teachers and families to implement supportive environments and provide training on assistive communication tools.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Illinois Speech-Language Pathology License
- Valid Professional Educator License (PEL) with Speech-Language Pathologist endorsement
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) (Preferred)
- Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply
