Unit: MS/Tele Float (32 beds)
Shift: 12H Days – 0700–1930
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hrs/week
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Weekend Requirement: Every other (as needed by department)

Requirements

• Active Washington (WA) RN License or Compact License required
• BLS & ACLS required
• NIHSS preferred (not required)
• MS/Tele experience required
• Must be able to interpret telemetry strips

Unit Details

• Ratios: 5:1
• EMR: EPIC
• Charge Nurse & 4–5 CNAs per shift
• Drips: Heparin, Cardizem, Insulin (non-DKA), Narcotics (comfort)
• No vents
• Hospitalist in-house 24/7
• SWAT/IV team support available
• RT & Pharmacy 24/7

• Floating required between Med Surg, PCU, ED boarding, and temporary bed locations
