MS/Tele RN – Float ⚡ Auto Offer based on Prescreen Recommendation 📌 WA License or Compact Required 📅 Manager approval needed for start date & RTO Unit Details 32 beds Ratios: 5:1 (up to 6:1 with inpatient boarding) EMR: Epic Charge RN & 4–5 CNAs per shift Required Certifications BLS ACLS NIHSS (Preferred) Patient Population CHF, COPD, Cellulitis, ETOH Withdrawal, Kidney disease, Dementia, CVA Skills Required Telemetry monitoring (RNs read strips) Drips: Heparin, Cardizem, Insulin (non-DKA), Comfort narcotics Floating between Med Surg, PCU, ED boarding, TBL units Hospital Support Hospitalist/Intensivist in-house IV Cross-Shift SWAT Team RT 24/7 Pharmacy 24/7 No vents Schedule 12-hour shifts Days: 0700–1930 Nights: 1900–0730 Every other weekend Holidays required Dress Code SMMC: Professional colors/patterns (no set color) SAH: Navy Blue Additional Info Camera monitoring for close observation Floor-specific orientation provided Cost Center: 3208-107 Updated: 9/17/2025
