We are a very team oriented unit that strive to provide the best experience to our patients. Our staff members support each other every day. We have a lot of tenure on the unit as well as new staff that we are currently training. It is a dayshift position in a community hospital feel with the resources of the big sister hospital in town as well as on our own campus. We are regularly recognized for our food, in-house, as well by our patients in our patient experience scores. Our Employee satisfactions scores are high, too. We have lots of available places to eat around the facility for lunches, and staff take advantage of taking a break for lunch. Staff work as a team and support each other through the shift and make sure everyone has what they need before anyone leaves. Leadership is out daily on the unit to make sure the shift is running smoothly and to round on all of the patients. This facility is very much like a family feel.
