Position Overview

We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) for a 13-week contract assignment in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. The OT will assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy programs designed to help patients regain independence and improve their ability to perform daily living activities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve strength, coordination, and functional abilities
• Train patients in activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy goals and home programs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Minimum Qualifications

• Active state Occupational Therapist license (must be current)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience preferred
• Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility setting strongly preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
