Description
Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Cardiac Cath Lab
Location Requirement:
Candidate must reside 50 miles or more away from the facility.
Schedule:
- Four (4) 10-hour shifts per week
- On-call requirement: 1–2 weekdays per week
- Must maintain a 30-minute response time when on call
Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Cath Lab Registered Nurse (RN) with strong acute care and Level 1 trauma experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate advanced cardiovascular procedural knowledge, critical thinking skills, and the ability to respond effectively to emergent cardiac interventions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program – Required
- Current RN license in the state/district – Required
- Minimum 2+ years of Cath Lab experience in a Level 1 trauma facility – Required
- Recent acute care experience – Required
Required Certifications:
- NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) – Required
- BLS (Basic Life Support) – Required
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) – Required
