Labor & Delivery RN

Charting System: Cerner preferred

Experience Required:

Minimum 2 years of experience
Must be able to circulate and transition babies, as well as work in labor

Certifications Required / Preferred:

BLS – Required
ACLS – Required
NRP – Required
NIHSS – Required
AWHONN Advanced* – Preferred
AWHONN Intermediate* – Preferred
FHM* – Preferred

*Certifications marked with * are preferred but not mandatory

Vaccine Requirements:

COVID-19: Not required
Flu: Required – Medical/Religious exemptions and declinations allowed

Job Overview:

Minimum assignment: 13 weeks
RN will rotate through:
- Triage
- Antepartum
- Labor
- Circulation and transition (no post-partum)
